For ten days in September, the city of Eau Claire, Wisconsin will be hosting a culinary celebration that will bring together dozens of local restaurants. Attendees will have the chance to join unique gastronomic-themed events that will raise funds for community causes. The bar and grill will be offering a buffet lunch and dinner with a variety of dishes, such as super white tuna nigiri, rainbow rolls, soba noodle soups, teriyaki rice with salmon, and more.
